Liam is a Landscape Architect with over 25 years’ experience in the landscape Industry. Prior to joining Sturt Associates, Liam has held senior positions in Australia’s leading Landscape Architectural firms.
Liam has been responsible for the concept development, construction detail resolution, management, presentation and delivery of a range of complex and award winning projects. With a particular interest in developing innovative concepts for Water Sensitive Urban Design systems, engaging and efficient roof parks and podium landscapes, public art elements and landscape structures.
These projects include private residences such as the Murdoch home at Bronte, large city rooftop parks such as the M Central Project in Ultimo (2007 AILA NSW Commendation Award), The Redfern National Indigenous Development Centre (Lloyd Rees Award for Urban Design, AIA NSW Awards) and Sam Fiszman Park at Ben Buckler Point Bondi (2008 AILA NSW Award for Excellence in Landscape Architecture). Bardia & Brigade Parks; Edmondson Park (AILA NSW Design Awards) and The Quay Apartments (AILA NSW Design Awards).
